Question about some parameters in the configuration file #654

I have some questions about the configuration files.
The configuration files are located in config directory, and there are a total of 63 parameters written there.
After investigating each parameter, I found they contained things about (i): functions that were not implemented there or (ii): were not sure how they worked.
The parameters are listed below. For more details, create a separate Issue and make it a sub-Issue.
