Quantiles [0, 1] are easier to produce than percentiles [0, 100] - so this would be a handy function to have.

I'd prefer to do this by renaming percentile to quantile, then building a new thing wrapper that just divides the percentile by 100 and forwards.

Obviously this would need to exist for nanpercentile too.

Thoughts?
