Note shortcode inside tabs breaks #127

Describe the bug
I think the 1st note callout inside a list that is inside a tab is breaking:
the rest of the notes after that render correctly. If adding another note on top of that, the topmost note breaks and this one works
To reproduce
Create a doc with tabs, in the tab start a list, add a note callout with indentation
