[Task] Benchmark implementation #8

@SimonRastikian

Description

@SimonRastikian

Background

The implementation currently lacks strong, reliable benchmarks.
The ultimate goal is not only to improve on these benchmarks, but also to see whether it is possible to make an easy to use framework that generates meaningful numbers for any current and potential future added schemes.

The code should include the ability to benchmark performance, data sent over the wire, number of rounds, and add latency.

User Story

As a developer I'd like to be able to measure the performance impact of any changes to the Cait-Sith algorithm and compare it with other algorithms.

Acceptance Criteria

There is a benchmark suite in place that measures the performance of the Cait-Sith implementation in terms of bandwith usage and signature generation latency for different signer setups.
