143.1 crashes on new tab open and launch #29701

Steps to reproduce
Launch FF, it crashes. (Post reinstall)
Or
Create new tab (+) or open link by clicking (opens in FF)
Both crash FF
Expected behavior
New tab opens or FF launches and lets me open a new tab.
Actual behavior
Full FF crash. App does not show in task switcher.
Additional information to reproduce the issue:
- Install the app and sign in with a user account that’s also signed in on another device (e.g., Desktop).
- Ensure the last 8 bookmarks are visible on the Home screen.
- From Desktop, add two new bookmarks.
- Wait for those bookmarks to sync to the device.
- From Desktop, update one of the two bookmarks so that they become duplicates.
6.1 While you are on the home screen, trigger a sync so the change is synced to the device.
Actual result: The app crashes and the user can no longer launch it.
6.2 Load any webpage (so you’re not on home screen) and trigger a sync so the change is synced to the device.
Actual result: The app crashes. The user can relaunch the app, but every time they open a new tab (which defaults to the home screen), the app crashes.
