Hello everyone,
We are encountering an error message when guest accounts try to log in. They correctly use the OIDC form on the login page and enter their email address as their username (just like our regular users). However, upon logging in, guests receive the following error: 'The UPN of your Microsoft account has changed. Please contact your administrator to update your Moodle account.'
We are using Moodle version 4.3.7, and the OIDC plugin is up to date (version 4.3.6).
It appears that the UPN we recognize in our tenant is different from the original tenant. Do you have any idea how we could resolve this?
