TST: regenerate a svg image
It seems that the paths output for glyphs in svg have changed (we are outputting the text as paths not a strings) to now include a z (move back to start to close the path) that the base line does not. The glyphs are closed paths so this should not matter, but the version of inkscape on travis seems to be sensitive to it.
