Describe the bug
This is an odd one I discovered while trying to record the markdown ordered list/unordered list issue.

I pressed tab on the block containing 2. to indent it, only to have the block containing 1. and its children disappear.
I did the same thing with the block containing 3. which then caused the block containing 2. to disappear.

I don't have a recording of the last part, but after hitting refresh blocks 2. and 3. were gone and block 1. was back.

As an additional note, I had been copy/pasting portions of this document via logseq while reporting the issue of it not handling ordered lists well, so its possible its a combination of logseq copy/paste logic as well as it misunderstanding the list while doing so?
