It takes a long time to operate after opening logseq, and sometimes there is no response

Reproduce the Bug

All of my MD files are about 2GB

  1. open Version 0.10.9 (83)

Same here, On Mac, Logseq v 0.10.9

I am guessing that some functions which sync with iCould blocked, as there are some popup windows saying which version for current file to select, one seems the one synced with iCloud, the other one is just what I am editing.
