What Happened?

After renaming a tag, the actually content of property is unchanged.

For example, page1 has following tags:

tags:: A/B/C

Then I rename A/B/C to A/B

Though the link in page1 is changed, the actually content is unchanged, i.e. the text in page1 is still:

tags:: A/B/C

Thus the modification is gone after reloading the graph.
