What Happened?

Cutting or deleting blocks from an embedded page doesn't work.

Please see the bug video bellow for more info.

Reproduce the Bug

Select a block from an embedded page, then cut or delete the block.
If you cut, it doesn't get cut, and if you delete, it doesn't get deleted.

Expected Behavior

No response
