I'm not entirely sure how this behavior manifests. Could you provide a specific example? I'd like to test it and see if I can reproduce the issue. |

if i bind the back/forward mouse keys to the back/forward action in logioptions+, checking with karabiner elements event viewer i dont see the mouse4 and mouse5 events trigger at all if i turn off logioptions+ in allow apps in the background (settings > general > login items) then the mouse4/5 events come back |

Currently, logitech option suppresses the mouse 4 and mouse 5 button clicks. This makes those button impossible to use in games. Since games cannot detect them. I'm currently using Linear mouse and logi options+ together. I know uninstalling logi options can fix the issue. But then I'll also lose the button presets from logi.
I saw a lot of reddit post of people struggling with this issue. Either they have to lose the customization or not be able to use buttons in games.
Since we are already overriding some of mouse settings from logi. Can't we somehow unsuppress mouse events for specific application?
