We are having the same issue. We have a young man with Muscular Dystrophy and he has the use of one finger on each hand. He uses a MagicTrackpad on his right hand to move the cursor, and his left hand finger to click a very light switch. His range of motion in SEVERELY limited. He can only move his finger a very small distance, so he had acceleration cranked up very high. After updating his computer today his trackpad will only move the cursor a very small distance. I tried changing the scaling to several different values with no effect. Does anyone have a possible solution? The only activities this young man has are using his computer, and that was taken away from him this morning with the latest Apple update. |

I'm having the exact same problem, M4 Macbook Pro, Sequoia 15.5, trackpad pointer acceleration off (using the toggle), tracking speed slider does nothing. Setting pointer acceleration to 0 makes it even slower and tracking speed slider doesn't work either way. I'm currently just closing the app everytime I'm not using my external mouse. |

Same problem here. Sequoia doesn't properly drive Apple's own Magic Trackpad. And with this app broken I find the device to be totally unusable now. I need to simply be able to control acceleration and pointer speed of the Magic Trackpad. |

Hi all, after updating to sequoia the cursor movement speed has changed significantly, I updated to the latest version and cranked all the cursor movement settings to max - but still the speed is significantly slower than it was before :(
has anyone encountered a similar problem? Any tips on how to solve it?
