Please cut a release #71

Many thanks for a super useful tool! There are several major issues that have been fixed in the master branch (e.g. #63 #56 #35 #42), but which don't appear in the latest release. This means that if one just uses xcaddy build --output caddy --with github.com/lindenlab/caddy-s3-proxy, these fixes aren't integrated.
If you get a minute, could you please tag a new release so your work fixing these bugs gets picked up by the "default" way to use this tool?
In the mean time, if folks see this issue, the following works for me:
xcaddy build --with github.com/lindenlab/caddy-s3-proxy@850db193cb7f48546439d236f2a6de7bd7436e2e
# I think you can replace the sha with just `master` to track master, but I've pinned it for my uses
Thanks again for your work on s3-proxy, it's working very well for us (with the aforementioned workaround)
