As mentioned in Mail documentation, we can use Mail::alwaysTo to define a global address which can be used for local/dev mails.
This is great, but it allows only one address and it might be useful to have several or to have a whitelist of addresses that can receive the mails.
WDYT about allowing multiple recipients in alwaysTo or adding a new method for multiple recipients or a whitelist ?
