You can just use this:
https://github.com/php-mcp/server

Or this:
https://github.com/logiscape/mcp-sdk-php

Laravel is just a php framework. There is nothing special about Laravel that would make MCP work any differently than any other php project.

If anything it would just be a little simpler to implement in a Laravel app because you have the nice developer-friendly IOC container.
