Add Scoop package support for easier installation on Windows #49

Hello,
First of all, I want to say that I really like this tool — it’s clean, powerful, and supports multiple installation methods such as source build and Cargo.
Since it already supports Homebrew, Cargo, and other package managers, I think it would be great to also provide Scoop support for Windows users. Scoop is a popular, lightweight package manager for Windows that makes installing and updating CLI tools very convenient.
Benefits of adding Scoop support:
- Easier installation for Windows users without needing to build from source
- Simple updates via scoop update all-smi
- Wider adoption among Windows-based developers and system administrators
Possible approaches:
- Add all-smi to the official Scoop main bucket
- Or create and maintain a custom Scoop bucket for this project
