Describe the bug
The selected item is not highlighted in Qwen Code CLI.
Steps to reproduce
- Open the local shell (cmd.exe)
- Enter "qwen" to launch the Qwen Code CLI
- Type the command prefix '/'
- Use the up/down arrow keys to select different candidate commands
it's work in wezterm/windows terminal like this
