Replace 8-bit buffers with cheaper version
Replace SN74LVC8T245DBR (8-bit buffers) with SN74LVC8T245PWR. The old version was SSOP, and the new version is a TSSOP size, but they are otherwise the same. This is estimated to reduce the price of a complete unit by over $11, or about 16.5%.
