Homekit Secure Video aktiv Setting


Hello 
I have A hikvision camera And I heard thats possible to use it with the plugin for record with the secure video at Home app 
But I can find the Option to aktivate it can somebody help me? 
I actually Chance manuell in the config recording true but there is no recording.
