The problem
Most integrations over network have MAC address and the devices are deduped with device tracking from Unifi (Great addition, not sure when it was added but I love it).
While adding Matter devices, I noticed that they are not deduped. I have some Wiz devices that support matter and added the device through both integrations. The Wiz version is deduped but the Matter version is not. The only difference I've seen in the UI is that for Matter, the MAC is in a dropdown for "Device Info" while others have it outside of the dropdown under basic attributes.
