Description
The problem
Tried to expose a new entity and could not get Alexa app to discover. Disabled Alexa HA Skill and lost all scenes. Could not get scenes back. Reverted to 2024.4.4 and was able to get all entites to discover in Alexa app. Due to other issues, went back to 2025.5.1. The entites before and after the revert still worked through the Alexa integration but new entities can not be added.
