Deriviative can not be updated; it forces to set a metric prefix when not relevant #138415

The problem

I can not save a deriviative without supplying a matric prefix. I have a deriviative I have set up years ago, and it works perfectly. However, I would like to adjust the time window from 30 minutes to 20 minutes. But I can not do this, since it forces me to set a matric prefix. But it is just a percentage (%) that I am getting the deriviative from (%/hour), so it is not even relevant! This means that I cannot save/updat the deriviative at all.

I assume some field which should have been optional is flagged as required.

I hope this bug report can have it fixed, I unfortunately would not know how to do that myself as I keep failing to setup my own Home Assistant development environment.
