Timeout fetching data #129707
@sddgit

Description

The problem

Historically, I’ve had many problems with timeouts using the Daikin integration. I have 5 units connected (in Australia). For example, I reported problems in #125289 with timeouts affecting switches and sensors. It seems as though a lot of work was done to eliminate these. Things did improve in the 2024.9 series, although I still got some. I just installed 2024.10.4 and the individual switch and sensor timeouts seem to have gone, but now I am getting occasional timeouts on the device itself (all of the units), and it goes offline for a short time until it recovers. I have a Unifi network, and it doesn’t report wifi disconnects or anything like that.
