Have Remote Desktop Connection Manager v2.7 and Notepad++ and they seem to persist between all 4 desktops. Meaning I can't move them to 1-4 Desktops and they appear on all 4 at all times, they just appear on all of them. Running on Windows 8.1. Works fine on programs like Firefox and Outlook.

The program currently does not touch any tool windows to avoid affecting the windows desktop and toolbar. I made a version for you to test that explicitly does checks for windows desktop and toolbar. Please tell me how it works for you: https://github.com/papplampe/virgo/raw/fixissue2/virgo_fixissue2_1.zip

messes with the windows tool bar (like you said) so on multiple monitors if I change to 2-4 desktops the toolbar disappears. Notepad++ and RDCM are still there on all desktops.

I can not reproduce the problem. If somebody out there has the same problem and is willing to fix this please do. I am not able to, sorry.

Showing a program always if it was started with Administrator permissions is a behavior of Windows itself. The method to hide/show windows this program uses does not circumvent that. And I doubt it is possible to do it easily

Yes,I can't move VS2017 because I don't have administrator run.

Run this program as administrator will resolve this issue.
