Retry algorithm should report all previously failed attempts when retries are exhausted #3951
Description
Currently, only the last failed exception is reported in the returned exception.
Consider adding previous retried exceptions using addSuppressed so it is accessible.
Alternatively, users can use Open Telemetry tracing as a means to gain visibility.
