Description
The sink's name is projects/citric-celerity-697/sinks/titanic. When I copy and paste that name from the project.sinks/list API Try It page to the project.sinks/delete API Try It page, it returns a 404.
Also, it looks as though the projects.sinks/list API has begun returning LogSink resources with the fully-qualified path in name, breaking the change from #1817. @waprin can you comment? The prjoects.metrics/list API still returns resources with bare/unqualified names.
