Its difficult to leverage the included API for ADK agents using pre-built front end solutions (openweb-ui, Vercel AI SDK, etc) as most of these have built-in functionality for the Openai API.

It would be great if we could have an option to deploy / test with a openai compatible API, rather than just the included fastapi.
