As far as I can tell Sentry does not support Open Telemetry.
Solution Brainstorm
Open Telemetry seems like a pretty good solution to the problem of generalizing data ingestion with open source tools. It would also offload the con 5ABF struction and maintenance of data ingest frameworks. But then again, maybe OT is just not mature enough to integrate. :shru
