Description:

Resent UI changes from Instagram break functionality of the "Disable Notes (experimental)" option with its current implementation.

Current behavior:

Enabling the "Disable Notes (experimental)" no longer hides Notes section

Expected behavior:

Enabling the "Disable Notes (experimental)" should hide the Notes section completely
