QT version of MIView

Build for Windows

1. Install Qt 5.5+ (msvc2013, and msvc2013_64)
2. Download VTK7
3. Build VTK with Qt support
4. Copy the 32bit release build of the QVTKWidgetPlugin to the QtCreator directory
