error: cannot run ssh: No such file or directory fatal: unable to fork

If I run the Github action locally via nektos/act, I get:

```
error: cannot run ssh: No such file or directory
fatal: unable to fork
```

I have no clue why `ssh` gets used for checking links.

In my markdown files is no URL with "ssh".
