Those packages are polyfills so if you need support for older browsers yes, otherwise no. |

Hello
I just want to be able to use ICU part of your library. I have done all parts including the extraction, translation into multiple target languages, storing them in the database, loading them, converting them from record sets to JSON objects, using the same workflow across DotNet and React and Qwik, etc.
I just want the ICU part. I just want to be able to define a message as:
