[UI] Add action type badge to spans in trace viewer #643

This will help developers more quickly identity the different trace spans in the tree viewer. For example, if I'm trying to look at a tool call within a trace, these badges will let me more quickly find it in the left tree sidebar instead of relying on name alone.
