We should align our model configuration across Eval Runs, Model playground, and Prompt playground.

Problem:

Today in Evals, you select a model to run against, but the config panel has the model as well. Where should you select the model?

Potential solutions:

Put config in a popover next to the model selector
In Evals, have a "model summary" that can be edited with the panel (rather than a dropdown).
