Add default ES module export to make TypeScript integration easier #733

@j2L4e is working on the definitions in https://github.com/feathersjs-ecosystem/feathers-typescript/tree/buzzard-j2L4e but in order to not having to declare individual namespaces all outwards facing modules should also add their default export as exports.default.
