Input file: haplotyes as rows, no individual or STR labels, no missing values, genotypes separated by comas. See the J2a.csv file as an example. 
Mutation rates are, respectively, for these loci:
DYS45, DYS389I, DYS390, DYS458, DYSS19, DYS393, DYS391, DYS439, DYS635, DYS392, GATAH4, DYS437, DYS438, DYS448, and DYS389cd.
Loci in th input file and in the mutationrates.csv file should be in the same order.
