PresentationDebug.dll is not buildable today.
- In NetFxDev1, the reasons are minor (I think)
- In Net Core 3, mapicode.h is missing. There are may other reasons, including Use nameof(SRID.PropertyName) syntax instead of depending on GenerateResxSource.GenerateResourcesCodeAsConstants #1
We should resolve both, because PresentationDebug.dll is used in tests (including, I think, in some DRT's). It may not be used actively today, but clearly, it was designed with DRTs in mind.
