Install Step
- Clean machine: Debian 11 "Bullseye"
- Install .NET 10.0 Preview 4 tar.gz package
To Reproduce
- After installing .NET 10.0 Preview 4, run dotnet --info to check the SDK, Runtime, and Templates.
- Double check the dotnet folder if the SDK, Runtime, and Templates are present.
Exceptions (if any)
After installing tar.gz package, the command line dotnet--info does not display sdk/runtime. But dotnet folder contains SDK/Runtime/Templates info.

- Not repro in Ubuntu OS
- Not repro on a regular build.
