Hi there, since
docling-corev2.50.0 we have the newmetafields attached to doc items which, to my understanding, serve to replace the former 392annotationsfields. Accordingly, certain operations currently trigger the following type of warnings (in the context of picture classification data):In addition, curently when using
iterate_itemsto iterate over the items of Docling document instance, themetafields are still empty and instead theannotationsfields are still populated. Therefore I this question:Do you have any recommendations on how to migrate to meta fields when using
iterate_items? The way I understand it: Model validators perform the migration at insta 100E5 ntiation time. If annotations are added after object creation, the migration won’t re-run. I guess most annotations are currently afterwards?I am using
