Replace Financial Aid with Opportunity Grants (#46)
* 🔧 Strip trailing whitespace * ✏️ Add Black Python Devs to group list * 🔧 financial aid -> opportunity grants * ✏️ fix typo * ✏️ Remove financial aid mailing list and add program
