Describe the bug
GCP Resource Refresh is taking too long (Approx. 2 days and still going for close to 50 Projects).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Onboard GCP Org Projects in deepfence.

Expected behavior
Resource loading should be relatively quickly based on the available api for the projects as this hinders the scanning and scheduling of scans.
