[Feature Request] Tracking stopped notifications #720

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
During the past 3 weeks it happened multiple times that (duo to my mistake) I stopped the tracking app.
When "killing" all running apps on ios and forgetting to restart overland it will stop tracking.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add integration with a notification service (e.g. https://ntfy.sh/) and customizable notifications when the user (or a device #711) hasn't reported in for a specific time.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Not stopping my tracking :D
