BUG: NPM distribution fails - missing package #1375

Describe the bug
Installing DBGate via npm fails with "error 404 not found" for the package "dbgate-rest"
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Try installing DBGate or upgrading it from a previous version via
sudo npm install -g dbgate-serve - See error in the terminal
Expected behavior
Normal upgrade / installation success

npm error 404 tarball, folder, http url, or git url.
