Add a dashboard, and alerts for pathological situations, to https://github.com/coder/observability.
Customers and ourselves alike should be able to look at a dashboard to see the behaviour of the reconciliation loop & prebuild consumption at a high level. Alerts will also be essential for becoming aware of problematic scenarios.
