feat: upload custom notify sound #140

Settings->General->Sound
In notification sound list only built-in in iphone sounds, i want possibility to add my own file
Describe the solution you'd like
in setting for notifications add function for uploading my own sound for notify.
Describe alternatives you've considered
use ringtones as notify sound.
Additional context
home assistant app or telegram is good example how it can be.
