Describe the bug
Using interval when creating a toast, and having the toast appear whilst not on screen (e.g. the browser is minimised or the tab isn't the active tab) will cause that toast to be stuck on screen until manually closed. This is a regression introduced somewhere between 0.24.21 (works) and 0.26.20 (fails).
