Describe the bug
If a b-avatar with badge is shown in a b-table with sticky header, and one scrolls down the table, the badge will be displayed on the b-table header layer
Steps to reproduce the bug
- Go to https://jsfiddle.net/62r8aghw/
- Scroll down the table
- Badges are displayed over the header
Expected behavior
badges should be invisible when its row is behind table header
