Package bioSyntax for conda

bioSyntax for vim, less, and gedit are already packaged together for [Debian](https://ftp-master.debian.org/new/biosyntax_0.1~beta4+dfsg-1.html). If we could create a [conda](https://conda.io/docs/user-guide/tutorials/build-pkgs.html) package as well, anyone with Python's Anaconda can easily install bioSyntax for several editors at once. AND it's cross-platform :)
