- Open links in new tabs

- We need to keep data about dependencies which do not yet have Collectives so we can contact them and encourage them to join
- Include short description of Collectives in list displayed
- Move to end: info text about dependencies that are not listed will start receiving money if they join
- Need to display full amount (not subtracting fees) on BYS list
- Skip step 2 in contribution flow, no need to confirm amount again
- Remove the first of the month copy after the success page.
